Established in 1998, Wuxi Little Swan High-grade Casting Co., Ltd is a joint-venture company invested by Wu Little Swan Co., Ltd holding 75% stock and MANA Precision Casting Company Japan holding 25% stock. Our company is always called LMP for short, "L" refers to "Little Swan", M refers to "MANA", and "P" refers to "Precision casting". LMP lies in Wuxi city, Yangtze-Delta where market economy and private economy are highly prosperous and covers an area of 38000 square meter. The registered capital is USD5.8million and total investment reaches USD18million.

LMP imports advanced molding machines DISA2013 and DISA230 from DISA Denmark on 1998 and 2002 which all are equipped with first-class casting facilities. The annual casting capacity is about 30000 Tons. LMP takes the technique of Cupola and Inductotherm furnace twice melting to ensure quality of fluid iron, DISAmatic machine guarantees sand molding production in precision and high speed. GF-DISA automatic pouring machine and Inductotherm automatic pouring machine ensure efficient and quality pouring. BMD sand mixer and Eirich sand mixer offer stable sand supply. LMP also has good testing equipment to ensure casting quality, such as OBLF spectrometer, C-S analysis, Olympus microstruction analysis system, mechanical tester and hardness tester.
